Morgan Dyer is a painter originally from New Hampshire who now resides in Beverly, MA. After receiving her BFA from Montserrat College of Art in 2013, Dyer fell in love with the North Shore and its rich art community. Her current paintings explore the material by layering ribbons of color and texture together that form narratives of emotional landscapes. In her larger work, she expands these ideas by pouring heavy paint that soak, sink in and bleed onto the surface; creating both spontaneity and intentional control. Dyer explores these ideas in small works, large paintings and wall murals.
