Marta Spendowska

Marta Spendowska is a Polish-American (NH-Seacoast) artist and illustrator. Since her arrival in USA '07 she has worked with a wide range of art collectors, consultants, fashion and beauty brands, and interior designers. 
Through Newlands (NE landscape), Marta explores wet lands, rivers, mudflats, marshes and most importantly — the Mother Ocean, which she considers a Sister of her beloved healing Bałtyk Sea (Poland). 
She often paints her watercolors outside, desperately keeping the water from freezing by using Polish vodka. All this is a way to document the new land Marta has consciously chosen to live in and with.
