Marielle Degioanni is a French artist, currently based in the south of France. Her practice is mostly focusing on drawing on paper, and she is also exploring other media from time to time. Inspired by everything related to nature and the relation between all living beings, she is also interested by the resilient ability of nature. Her current body of artwork depicts wild plants, animals, mineral and femininity in an oneiric visual poetry. Her artwork may refer to symbols and allegories but without premeditation. Absence, loss, desire, souvenir and rebirth are in the themes explored. Crown, rabbit, woman... appear recurrently like a language of her own myth.
