Melissa Lyford
Melissa is a New England artist currently living on the seacoast of New Hampshire. She holds a BFA in painting from Rhode Island School of Design and works as a graphic designer. She finds beauty in fragility and decay, and is inspired by fallen leaves, discarded feathers, and broken wings. Her work is primarily done in watercolor and gouache on vellum. When she's not painting or designing, she can be found playing her cello in the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra.
