Laura Berger
Laura Berger is an artist and illustrator based in Chicago, Illinois. Working primarily with gouache, acrylic, and ink, her art is centered around dreamlike lands, surreal characters, and smatterings of pattern. Illustrative in nature, her work is inspired by the idea of finding novelty in everyday life, and the adventure in opening up to unlikely companions and fantastic situations. Laura has shown her work in group & solo showings around the US, Canada, and Australia and does freelance illustration work as well as murals and private commissions.
